Deborah is a co-founder of this innovative micro social enterprise set up in 2019 with the aim of providing work experience and life skills for young people with professional tradespeople in community settings. She sees this as an example of the ECLIPSE approach.
Deborah was recruited to set up and chair these two independent companies intended to turn round challenged children’s services on behalf of local authorities, reporting to the Secretary of State for Education.
As CEO of this major educational and arts charity and Director of its trading, property and investment companies between 1993 and 2007, Ivor led extensive partnerships and joint ventures.
